Resilient Roses: A rose shows its true colors when it opens—so do we.

Resilient Roses is a support group dedicated to women who have survived domestic violence, trafficking, sexual abuse, and other forms of trauma. Like roses that endure harsh weather yet continue to bloom, these women show remarkable resilience and strength.

In our group, we engage in meaningful conversations and incorporate dance as a powerful medium for expression and healing. Dance not only alleviates stress but also serves as a dynamic tool for building self-esteem and confidence.

As Resilient Roses, we nurture a supportive environment where sisterhood thrives. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and transformation, enabling each woman to blossom into her fullest potential.
